LIMITATIONS OF THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model had several shortcomings that ultimately led to its superseded. One primary problem was its inability to completely predict the spectra of multi-electron atoms. The model also couldn't to explain phenomena like quantumjumps. Furthermore, its absolute nature contradicted with the inherent random aspe
